Moments Of Presence

a poem

to be truly present in the now, an ever precious gift

melting right into that place, completely adrift

from worries of what future brings or traumas from the past

allowed to finally be at peace, free of all at last

treasuring each single breath, sensing time slow down

seeing clear the universe so sparkling and round

a sphere of possibility, so very much that we can be



letting go of all that’s not, just who we are right in this spot

only with what’s here right now, sharing it with those who allow

to truly show what’s deep inside, and beam it out with loving pride

this presence of those chosen few, who truly see the best in you

and bring you right back to this place, held in their divine embrace
