Chapter Thirty-Six
Thrust Force was into the dark. It was lonely without Lojack. No matter the company Elliot found himself beside.
The omnitron unit was his best friend. It was his boy.
Time had been a thing of the past—it was inside him. He’d been displaced and now felt whole again. Some grumbling, grunting squeals and dampness from all the crying would sour the moment.
Ulysses was feeling more at home by the moment with his thrusting force so borne upon its namesake’s maker. Elliot’s mind was somewhere else, his distant home, a land of the past.
Chiron would prove to hold it all in grasp as the scope of its consciousness could bear around and upon all who looked away. Nothing escaped it. The Entity’s technology precluding its arrival would see to prove it a part of everything. It was Echo’s tool—her connection to these particles of multifaceted connection with each other, no matter the ways they might appear to fit.
Glass had broken on the way back. Ulysses was harming himself.
Elliot Harper would play the hero inside and drag the boy to his Thrust Force and take them back into his ass. It was all they’d ever really wanted while surrendering to the greatest living demon ever created.
Champions all would be proven inside this vessel.
It was a gift bestowed not given. There’d only been this one to earn it back. Elliot approved the tenacity if not the tact of his fellow—respected the chase—needed the flattery—wanted the action. To feel Ulysses incinerating his rectum again was necessary.
Atreya’s survival hinged upon the allowance of this moment for the demon-angel god-king Ulysses. He’d become Satan in his chase for Elliots taint. It drove him to embody that spirit so falsely named on Echo’s home planet from Ecatosh.
Senses took it in. Charcuterie was left to rot.
When the forsaken ritual had been completed at long last. Senses of magmatic expulsion cast forth into the universe to be used by will of the great spirit found again at the Glowing Tree would change things for the better.
Echo needed it to save Atreya.
