Your Boundaries Might Just Actually Be Bullshit

on the plague of heartfelt people

An expose on the plague of heart-centered people everywhere, who are being driven into spiritual psychosis by society’s insistence to support avoidant toxicity as a virtue, while condemning all expression of dependent emotionality as a fault of sin.

It’s often backwards. I was punished worst for being a subtle-dependent, always pushing to find a healthier expression, never holding my needs as ‘correct’ until I was broken down mentally.

To stand for the rightness of support deserved has made me an outcast. People project. They all need a hug from someone else and have stowed that trauma inside. They expect all to do the same. Even schizophrenic people — especially schizophrenic people. We have to be better because the way we’ve been traumatized into madness scares and confuses our abusers-unaware.

Our true abusers know what’s happening with us then exploit that willingly. My ex is doing that with my executive dysfunction to take my daughter from me and paint me the sick one. They are the person whose hands laid upon me caused my schizophrenia to manifest.

People reach out to her and make sure she’s okay for how I’m going wild.

We genocide schizophrenics. We’re genociding trans women. We ignore artists for insecurity of our own unmade art. We hate the outspoken for our silence. We resent those at comfort with themselves for our discomfort. We project. Not me, but most.
