Welcome to the Radiant Heart Meditation Podcast! This is Daphne Garrido, I am a meditation instructor, writer, filmmaker, mother, spiritual enthusiast, and a proud trans woman. I began working with meditation well before my gender transition, as an extension of my own spiritual journey, and it has gifted me with the most unbelievable acceptance of self and my hearts deepest truths. As well the knowing I deserve to pursue them. I hope to lead others towards forging similar connections with thier own hearts, through the gift of guided meditation.
